STEP 1 - Identify destination
We begin the trip planning process by sending you sample itineraries of
multiple destinations. These suggestions aid you in identifying a
practical destination for your group.
STEP 2 - Select desirable experiences / activities
We ask you to select desired experiences and activities from the sample
itineraries. Adjustments are then made to the sample itinerary to
accommodate your choices.
STEP 3 - Identify basic needs
We ask that you complete an advance planning questionnaire designed to identify your
group's basic needs. The questionnaire helps us to analyze your specific
needs and identify potential complications distinctive to your group. This
part of our early evaluation process allows us to make sure that your
requirements are being met.
STEP 4 - Tour Escorts
We work toward selecting a tour escort for each trip whose personality
matches the destination and/or the unique personality of the group. Our
tour escorts are professional persons experienced in working with students.
STEP 5 - Post Trip Evaluations
We continually review your post-trip evaluations as well as the tour escort
evaluations kept on file to assist us with planning future trips.
STEP 6 - Itinerary Updating and Adjustments
We keep our itineraries up-to-date as new information becomes available.
Every season we reassess this information to allow for changes that have
occurred in the travel industry.

Noteworthy Tours, Inc. has provided a broad range of travel adventures to a myriad of clients since 1991.
