Itinerary Planning:

Your group will receive several itineraries.  These itineraries will help narrow your choice of destinations as well as the length of your trip, based upon your budget and interests.  Through this process, we develop an itinerary that is as individual as your group.

Group Housing Arrangements:

Noteworthy Tours selects the hotel that fits your budget and the interests of the group.  The decision is based on requirements, such as, a value-conscious breakfast versus a full American breakfast buffet, your pool requirements, etc.  For safety reasons, most groups prefer indoor corridors.  We prepare your room list to meet hotel requirements; inform the hotel of your special needs and requests; stay in contact with the hotel with updates on your room list.

Meal Planning:

We contact group-friendly and popular-themed restaurants and schedule meals to accommodate your itinerary.  We stay in contact with these restaurants providing them with your numbers and special needs and requests.

Festival Arrangements:

Our staff of experienced music educators strive to locate an event for your group that fits!  A festival should combine a positive, fun experience for students along with strong educational standards.  We can arrange either a competitive or non-competitive experience.  We strive to make registration a simple process.  The festival should coordinate with the itinerary in a positive way.

Guided City Tours:

Using your own motorcoach is a great way to learn about a city you are visiting for the first time.  We contract for professional guides who can make a city tour not only interesting and educational but also involve active participation.  Frequent stops are a great way to capture memories by videos or photos.

Arranging Clinicians for Workshops:

Give your students the opportunity to experience the performing arts first-hand by including clinic sessions and workshops in the itinerary.  Your trip could include a performance lab which will be customized and coordinated for students of all experience levels.  Performance labs are conducted in Broadway rehearsal studios by qualified teaching artists and working Broadway professionals.  They often provide interaction with current Broadway performers.  Other venues include well-known colleges and universities.

Professional On-Site Tour Escorts:

Noteworthy Tours Escorts are with your group throughout the trip in order to take care of the trip details for you.  This includes being familiar with your itinerary, having maps for the coach drivers, picking up hotel keys and facilitating check-in, confirming reservations at restaurants, and insuring that participants have tickets for scheduled events.
